I can confirm that the application form to register as a COLP or a COFA will be available on the SRA website shortly, The SRA cannot confirm an exact date and be more specific at this stage.

 

Please note: The application will be a prescribed form for firms to apply to register their nominated COLP and COFA and will not be available via MySRA. 

 

I would advise you to visit the SRA website regularly and search for the form, I would advise you to check the ‘Outcome-Focused Regulation’ section.
