The ILFM understand that visual training offers a simple, efficient and cost effective way to get information without having to leave your desk. The viewer is able to replay the video again to ensure they are gaining the most from the module. This also offers a flexible way of meeting any CPD requirements that you may have.  Subscriptions to the video modules is just £95 for members and £125 for non-members.

Each video is accompanied by supporting pre-notes providing further information and guidance, all of the videos apart from the Best Practice video will include a series of questions, so you can test your knowledge gained from the video.

Bank Reconciliation

Accounting Procedures and Systems - Part 1

This module takes a look at some of the requirements of appendix 3 of the SRA accounts rules 2011 and in particular how to deal with receiving client money. Looking at different procedures to ensure compliance and how to review your procedures to ensure they are working effectively. Includes template registers for recording client money when it is received.

Accounting Procedures and Systems - Part 2

Focusing on the requirements of the SRA accounts rules and appendix 3 in relation to authority for withdrawals from client account, including what to consider when selecting appropriate persons; authorising payment requests; reviewing your systems and procedures and a template policy.

With surplus client balances being a common dilemma for many, this module looks at tips to assist you with identifying surplus balances early to ensure they are dealt with promptly.
