Rachel Sinclair

I am Executive Assistant & Operations Manager,  working closing with the Chief Executive in a support role and also looking after the day-to-day operations of the Institute. I have been with the ILFM since 2024.

Before joining the ILFM I worked in various sectors including administration and retail. I also worked as a Senior Credit Analyst/Underwriter for a leading car finance company. During this time, I completed a diploma in Credit Management which included modules in Business Law & Accounting.

I have a keen interest in Psychology, completing an Honours Degree after leaving school, and continue to enjoy learning about the complexities of human relationships and how we can understand and interact with each other in a more positive manner. I am also an advocate for mental health, working part-time to support people in my local community. I attend regular training to stay up to date with the latest information around topics such as neurodiversity and equality within the workplace.

In my spare time I enjoy making and playing music, having been classically trained from a young age. I also enjoy artistic activities such as painting, and spending time in nature as part of my dedication to living a more mindful life.
