Council
The ILFM is governed by the ILFM Council of 9-11 members, who are elected by the ILFM Membership at the Annual General Meeting. In addition, there is an Executive Committee formed of the current Chair, Vice Chair, Chief Executive and Immediate Past Chair. It must be stressed that member’s views are welcomed and encouraged at all times. Indeed, the opinions and experiences of members have already added greatly and continue to add to the development of the ILFM. There is also a Professional Development Committee and a Communications Committee made up from senior management team roles and Council members.
