SRA Further consultation on client money in legal services: ILFM Survey

Protecting the client money that solicitors hold – Have your say!This consultation follows on from the SRA’s November 2024 consultation ‘Client money in legal services – safeguarding consumers and providing redress’. It seeks views on two key areas:

1. Improvements to the accountants’ reports regime.
2. Strengthening the checks and balances provided by compliance officers.
