How to make a complaint
Firstly we hope that most things can be dealt with by arranging a telephone call with our CEO. Please contact the office.
If you wish to make an official complaint
You can let us know about your complaint by contacting our CEO. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can investigate your complaint thoroughly. Any official complaint MUST be submitted in writing.
We will not respond to anonymous complaints, however your views will be considered properly.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days, and aim to resolve it and provide a response within 10 working days. Where this is not possible, we will contact you to update you on our progress and provide a deadline by which we should be able to provide a full response.Not satisfied with the outcome?
