Full job description:
Legal Cashier required within a small but busy law firm. Duties will include:-
Legal Cashier required within a small but busy law firm. Duties will include:-
- Posting Client Bank Account Transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- processing payment requests
- processing Faster Payments, CHAPS payments and Cheque requests from both office and client account
- Payment of disbursements
- Undertaking the banking of office and client cheques
- Continuous use of HSBC Bank for all banking transactions
- Processing of internal client ledger transfer requests
- Dealing with ledger queries
- Maintain a knowledge of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules and Handbook.
- Previous Legal accounts experience required.
