The winners were announced Monday night after the LPM South event in London. The ILFM is always keen to recognise SME law firm excellence in driving efficiency, creating innovation and focusing on people.  | For its knowledge transfer partner project to develop an online debt recovery system called BevRobot (named after the firm’s debt recovery manager) that enables clients to have 24/7 access to services. It uses machine learning to help predict the percentage likelihood of the debt being collected for the client, and gives it a ‘Muckle score’. |
