SRA Further consultation on client money in legal services: ILFM Survey

Protecting the client money that solicitors hold - Have your say!

This consultation follows on from the SRA's November 2024 consultation 'Client money in legal services – safeguarding consumers and providing redress'. It seeks views on two key areas:

1. Improvements to the accountants' reports regime.
2. Strengthening the checks and balances provided by compliance officers.

This survey from the ILFM will close on Friday 13th February 2026 - please answer as many questions as you feel able - this is your chance to provide valuable feedback.

We will be collating all of the feedback from this survey and presenting the results to the SRA directly as part of their consultation process which closes on the 20th February.
