We are looking for a Head of Risk and Compliance.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The primary role is to:
- Identify and mitigate risk to the business
- Ensure the firm operates in accordance with robust and effective policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the firm’s legal and regulatory obligations in a commercial, effective and efficient manner, and in accordance with the company values and objectives.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified solicitor
- Experienced in risk & compliance role

KEY TASKS
- Client care and engagement
- AML/KYC
- COLP
- Data protection and GDPR
- Regulatory compliance (file reviews, etc)
- Risk management
- Complaints & Claims
- CQS / panel memberships
- Staff training and access to policies and procedures
- Support with PI Renewal
