We are looking for a Legal Cashier.
The team at ebl miller rosenfalck is proudly different from other law firms. We have an established UK client base and are known for our international work.
International business is in our DNA. We act for a broad range of clients including growth companies, international listed companies, household names, financial institutions, several foreign embassies, entrepreneurs, investors and City executives.
Job description:
- Posting of Office and Client transactions.
- Dealing with purchase ledger invoices and making payments and dealing with accounting queries in-house and with accounting queries in-house and with the external suppliers.
- Petty cash.
- Processing expenses and card payments.
- Assist Finance Manager to prepare year end accounts and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with SARs rules, Money Laundering Regulations and VAT requirements.
You will have:
- Legal accounts qualifications or experience in England and Wales.
- Working knowledge of Solicitors' Accounts Rules and related conduct rules.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills and be familiar with the most recent technology.
- Excellent writing style.
- High level attention to detail and be confident working directly with the Partners and Senior management team.
The successful candidate must be keen to continuously learn and stretch themselves.

The successful Legal Cashier will have strong communication skills both written and spoken with a 'can do' attitude with good organisational skills and with a strong attention to detail, computer literate with knowledge of Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Proclaim.
