This exciting new option allows you to contact us, chat directly with a helpful ILFM Advisor, upload needed files, and resolve your issue quickly and efficiently - all at no extra cost to Members!

Once you have signed into to the website using your username and password, there will be a Live Support Chat icon displayed on the home page and various other pages throughout the website. The icon's display will indicate whether an ILFM advisor is available by displaying 'Online' or 'Offline'.

Online? By clicking the icon when 'Online' is displayed will redirect you to the Live Support Chat area. Members are required to fill out a small form which will be submitted to any available ILFM advisors who will then accept and initiate the chat process. This will then proceed to open a chat based window within your current browser, displaying the identity of the ILFM advisor and any conversation history between you both. This history can be printed and emailed at any time during the chat window for audit trail purposes or for your own records.

Offline? Don't worry, if the the icon displays 'Offline', you can still click on the icon which will redirect you to the Live Support Chat area so that you can leave a message - just as you would an email. This message will be logged and forwarded to all offline ILFM advisors to pick up as soon as they become available.

So if you need to 'pick our brains', or if your a sole bookkeeper in need of a second opinion quickly, click on the Live Support Chat logo on any of the web pages it's displayed to start chatting.
