ILFM welcomes a new member of the team

The ILFM is adding to its leadership team with the appointment of Elaine Pasini as Head of Communications.

In this new role, Elaine will be responsible for leading the ILFM’s external and internal communications effective immediately. With over 25 years of experience in law, digital marketing and communications, including running her own award-winning SEO digital marketing firm for progressive lawyers, Elaine will develop and implement overall communication strategies.

Elaine has worked in both private practice and in-house, as well as consulting for  digital marketing agencies across the legal and finance sector. She is an Affiliate Member of the CIM, has a Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling, is a Fellowship Member of the Association of Legal Secretaries and PAs and has written various whitepapers and eBooks on legal marketing and  long-term sustainability and growth.
