Giselle Richardson

Client relationships, strong communication and understanding people are important to me, which is why I love my job as the ILFM’s Business Development Manager.

Having started my career in hospitality and guest relations, I have built on that passion for sales and connections.

With my role at the ILFM I am able to find out more about legal finance professionals’ needs as well as ascertaining how membership can play an integral part in law firm accountability for their finance, administrative and management staff’s support, confidence and knowledge.

During my career I have also worked for an international professional networking organisation where I managed memberships, relationships and events and a worldwide advertising agency, supporting clients with their recruitment advertising.
